Limerick, 20 January 2026: The global screen industry will turn its focus to Adare, County Limerick this February, as the 2026 Women in Film and Television International (WIFTI) Summit comes to Ireland for the first time. Running from 4–7 February, the Summit will welcome senior creatives and executives from around the world for three days of high-level discussion, collaboration and cultural exchange. 

Hosted by Women in Film and Television (WFT) Ireland – a registered charity – in partnership with Women in Film and Television International (WIFTI), this landmark event will bring together creative professionals in front of and behind the camera, funders, broadcasters, commissioners, researchers, advocates, senior executives and thought leaders from across the global screen industries.
